The path of wisdom leads to the center of one's own being.

Any job, any profession, any art, requires training so that "the work" succeeds. Of course, we all know it and each of us, through the ordeal of existence, learns and exercises, integrating our own experiences. However, it is most often ignored that this is also  valid for the success of the most important work of our life  : the realization of our Being.

All that is alive must develop, in order to "realization", And the same goes for man. But man will never become what he should become if he does not contribute by his effort. It must be taken like a work, in his hands, constantly exercised in view  full achievement  of this "work". The most important work for man is therefore "  himself  As a man.

"Practice","gather experiences", the "to integrate"... What does that mean  when it comes to the work that we "is","oneself "? What do we mean by "successful work"? What can we do? What do we need to learn? What experiences should we take seriously and assimilate? What does the exercise consist of? What are the conditions for success?

The success of the interior work is the fruit of a human maturation. The conditions of this "maturation" are: the dismantling of "me", the intuition and the blossoming, in ourselves, of the innate essential Being.

– KARLFRIED GRAF DÜRCKHEIM

The conditions for the success of any work in the world are  : an attitude entirely devoted to the goal to be achieved, a stubborn will, a development of the appropriate faculties, the acquisition of proven skills, a solid efficiency, the integration of the experiences of our work, and, in general, a balanced adaptation to the existence. At the end, we will discover the mastery  which guarantees the success of the work.

The success of the interior work is the fruit of a maturation Human. The conditions of this "maturation" are: the dismantling of "me” (too oriented towards the world and who fears suffering)  the intuition and the blossoming, in ourselves, of the innate essential Being: taking seriously the integration of experiences leading to an awareness of this essential Being and its manifestation: the acquisition of a solid behavior which expresses it. Finally, as we have already seen, all of this must be imbued with an unwavering fidelity to the pursuit of the inner path.

At the end of this path, inner mastery is obtained. It is an attitude of the man who maintains himself entirely in a maturation never completed. Only thus can man fulfill his law and his destiny: become a Anybody permeable to BEING (present in itself as an essential Being) and capable of manifesting it through its work in the world.
